Une section spéciale du dernier numéro de la revue International Journal of Cross Cultural Management porte sur "Cross Cultural Management in the Age of Globalization"

Abstract : "This special section on ‘Cross Cultural Management in the Age of Globalization’ aims at providing a forum to examine what globalization means for cross cultural management with a special focus on the evolution of our understanding of national culture and cultural change. We attempt to avoid a simplistic and sweeping ‘either-or’ debate over convergence vs. divergence. Instead, we give importance to understanding the paradoxical and evolving conceptualizations of cultures and their implications for cross cultural management theory and practice."
